From 8th to 9th March 2018 will take place in the Czech Republic (at Farm Hotel Choťovice) the 3rd year of the conference "Waste Used as Source". The main themes of this year's event are waste, energy, water and building.

The first year of the conference, which was held in 2016, focused on efficient waste management in the municipality, which conduce to the municipal budget, to the population and to the environment.

Last year, the second year, was more complex and offered solutions for self-sufficiency and effective functioning of the municipalities and cities in four basic areas - waste, energy, water and construction.

In this connection the organizers decided to continue thanks to the responses from the participants of the second year. Four key themes are now updating of the actual news.

The aim of the conference is to show examples of good practice not only from the Czech Republic but also from abroad, and to mediate a discussion between experts and the representatives of the municipalities in eco innovation. There will be introduced smart technologies and eco innovations that will enable more efficient in environmental management and the circular economy.
