EcoInn Danube - PRESENTED AT THE LEADING INDUSTRIAL TRADE FAIR IN CENTRAL EUROPE

The International Engineering Fair (MSV) and the International Fair for Environmental Protection Technologies (ENVITECH) took place in Brno Exhibition Centre, Czech Republic, in the week of 2017, October 9. - 13.

The MSV is the leading industrial trade fair in Central Europe, with annual participation reaching more than 1.500 exhibitors and 80.000 visitors from 59 countries worldwide. More than a third of the exhibitors are from abroad.

The ENVITECH is one of the few fairs in Central Europe focusing on technology, products and services contributing towards protecting and ecological restoring the environment.

Brno University of Technology (BUT) could not be absent. Almost 20 exhibits created at the university by its researchers and students were displayed at the BUT stand. Among these were the electric battery powered mini-excavator, the compressed-air powered race car, or the automatic gas burner.

 

70% of fair visitors were representants and managers of importatnt enterprises in Central Europe region, making it an excellent place for meeting of the universties and reseach centres with businesses and for the BUT presentation of the EcoInn Danube project. Visitors were introduced to the project mission and became acquainted with a Virtual Lab platform. The Virtual Lab is a tool for connecting the demand for new solutions enabling to perform greener on the side of the production sector and the supply of ecotechnologies and eco solutions focused on the fields of renewable energy and energy saving coming from the research sector on the other side.
