'Blue danube' event: Let's know better the danube region

The Danube Transnational Programme organises in Bucharest (Romania) on 29th September 2016 the event 'BLUE DANUBE - Danube Transnational Programme: Key instrument for supporting water as a transnational resource'. This event is the first of a series of thematically-focused conferences with the aim to be a forum to stimulate discussion on a selected topic. Out of this discussion, the calls for proposals and the DTP projects will better tackle the needs and challenges of the Danube Region.

Event registration is open at www.dtpevent.eu.

dtp cALLs FOR PROPOSALS

The quality assessment of the first call for proposals is still in progress. The Monitoring Committee of the programme is expected to take a decision about the approved projects on its next meeting on 27-28 September 2016. All representatives of the 91 proposals submitted during the second step will be duly informed about the decision.

A second call for proposals will be normally launched at the end of 2016/beginning of 2017.

On the other hand, the Danube Transnational Programme provides co-financing to the activities carried out by the Priority Area Coordinators (PACs) of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR). According to the implementation of the Specific Objective 4.2., a specific call for the financial support of the EUSDR PACs will be launched in September 2016.
